Project Description:
Triplett King & Associates value engineered the MSE detailed in the contract plans to a tie-back soldier pile wall. TKA teamed with Schnabel Foundation Company to design the drilled soldier piles, grouted soil anchors, and cast in place concrete panels. This type of construction will save the contractor time and money by eliminating hundreds of yards excavation and almost 300 feet of sheet pile shoring.
