Project Description:

Triplett-King & Associates provides several “On-Call” CE & I services statewide. US 17 Widening in Mt. Pleasant, SC, York County Resurfacing Project, US 278 Widening in Beaufort, SC, and Statewide ITS “On-Call” Project in various SC locations, are our active Statewide “On-Call” CE & I Services. 

US 17 Widening consists of Quality Assurance Inspection and Testing. Triplett-King is performing all QA testing, erosion control, traffic control and on-site inspection related to any construction on this project.

Triplett-King managed the construction of the widening of US 278, a $16,000,000+ project in lower Beaufort County. Triplett-King is providing inspection services to insure that construction activities are performed in accordance with SCDOT guidelines. 

The ITS contracts consist of the installation of ITS components and other systems associated with the ITS program such as transmission equipment, weather stations and fiber optic cable in the following counties or Districts (SC File No. Included): York (46.217B), District 3 (4753.133B), District 5 (4755.131B), District 1 & 4 ITS (4751.131B & 4754.132B), and District 6 ITS (4756.129B).  Out of these five projects, two have construction contract amounts exceeding 2 million dollars.
