Mr. Cole Page serves Triplett-King as the Resident Engineer in Charleston, SC and has over 38 years experience in the transportation field to include road and bridge construction and maintenance. He retired from the SCDOT with over 35 years of service and is also retired from the SCARNG at the Rank of Major, Branch Engineer with 32 years of service.

Mr. Jim Roe is the Resident Construction Manager for Triplett-King in the Charleston Office. Mr. Jim Roe has over 35 years of construction coordination experience with SCDOT in District 6. Once Jim retired from SCDOT, he came to Triplett-King to serve as Resident Construction Coordinator. His duties include supervising multiple project managers, inspectors and a complete office staff. He has coordinated with construction personnel, utility personnel, and municipality personnel in the planning and construction of highway projects, managing and documenting all construction activities and funding for highway projects.

Mr. Robert Atkinson is the Quality Control Manager for Triplett-King. Mr. Atkinson has a thorough understanding of quality control (QC) equipment, processes, and testing procedures. His QC experience and responsibilities include the management of project QC staff and
supervises all QC tasks to ensure compliance with contract plans and specifications, reviews quality control submissions and requests corrective action in case of QC problems and follows up on corrective
actions. Mr. Atkinson has over 10 years of Quality Control experience and has served as the QC Manager on several large-scale transportation projects throughout the Carolinas.

Mr. Larry Nichols serves as Senior Roadway Inspector with Triplett-King. Mr. Larry Nichols has 33 years of construction engineering and inspection experience. Prior to working with TKA, Mr. Nichols’ worked with SCDOT Construction Services. Since joining Triplett-King in 2006, he has served as a Senior Inspector on several projects across South
Carolina. Throughout his career, he has learned almost every aspect of the construction industry. Mr. Nichols is a seasoned roadway and bridge inspector, his familiarity of the inspection of concrete, reinforcing steel, bituminous pavement, traffic control, grading, aggregate bases and other highway features are just a few of his areas of expertise.

Mr. Pete Adams serves as the Senior Bridge Inspector for Triplett-King in Charleston, SC. Mr. Pete Adams has over 47 years of construction engineering and inspection experience. Mr. Adams’s experience includes reviewing work of inspection personnel as well as QA/QC reports. As a past inspector with the SCDOT, we can ensure he is an expert in the inspection of concrete, reinforcing steel, bituminous pavement, traffic control, grading, aggregate bases and other highway features. Mr. Adams is proficient in engineering layouts, materials testing, and records maintenance. He is familiar with daily work reports and quantities. Mr. Adams is very efficient in overseeing other inspector’s work and can give supervising direction as needed.

Mr. Bill Schrimp is a Senior Inspector for Triplett-King. Mr. Schrimp has over 35 years of experience as a bridge inspector and served the SCDOT as a Bridge Inspector in Anderson County for over 30 years. His expertise includes road construction projects, inspections of roadway construction and testing of materials, right-of-way deeds from property owners, establishing new centerline locations for proposed roads and communicating with various utility companies, and local and county governments prior to and during construction periods.

Mr. Roy Mizell serves as a Senior Inspector for Triplett-King. Mr. Mizell has over 40 years experience in the construction field and over 30 years of service with the SCDOT. Prior to Triplett-King, Mr. Mizell served
the SCDOT as an Engineering Technician. There he was able to learn the fundamentals of the construction, and inspection side of the transportation industry. Triplett-King has utilized his extensive experience along with years of experience on several projects across South Carolina.

Mr. Bern Coneybeer is a Senior Inspector for Triplett-King. Mr. Coneybeer has over 30 years of hands-on construction and supervisory experience that provides him the ability to understand and maintain high levels of quality control in all daily contractor activities. Mr. Coneybeer serves as a leader among the inspectors, and has served on several Triplett-King projects across the state. His extensive
background experience combined with his knowledge of the construction field make him a valuable asset to our construction team.

Mrs. Julie Ferguson serves as a Bridge/Roadway Inspector for Triplett-King. Mrs. Ferguson has over 8 years experience in the construction inspection industry where she has mastered several inspection certifications on several projects throughout upstate South Carolina.

Mr. Jonathan Rawls serves as Bridge/Roadway Inspector and has gained valuable inspection experience with Triplett-King. Within the time he has been with Triplett-King he has learned and observed from his veteran inspectors, through hands-on experience, the vast areas of construction engineering. Mr. Rawls has already completed many projects in his short time with Triplett-King, from serving as a Quality Control Inspector for our Design-Build Project to the polar end of Security & Surveillance.

Mr. Brent Bearden serves as a Bridge/Roadway Inspector for Triplett-King. In the past 10 years of his experience he has gained key information within the construction engineering and inspection field.

Mr. Bob Cash serves as a Bridge/Roadway Inspector for Triplett-King. He has over 20 years of experience in the inspection industry and 11 years of service to the NCDOT. Mr. Cash worked as a Transportation Technician with the NCDOT, as well as various other transportation firms and his experience is vital to TKA.
